Yoga Nidra is a state of conscious deep sleep designed to facilitate meditative introversion and a deep relaxation. One hour of effective Yoga Nidra technique is reported to be equivalent to 3-4 hours of quality sleep when practiced on a regular basis.

This ancient technique allows you to dive deep into your subconscious to “undo” old patterns and habits with intention. Body, mind and spirit benefit from this age-old yogic practice. Body and breath awareness are fostered through guided instructions while lying passively on your back.

No prior yoga experience necessary.
