The purpose of these three sessions is to give focus and direction to business owners who are considering paths of exit from their business and a focus for the future. Each session will be 90 minutes and will include a short break for Q&A.
Session #1 Introduction of Business Exit Planning- Readiness defined by a NUMBER & Legal Preparation
Answers the question, “Is my business ready to sell?”
Answers the question, “What are the legal issues to manage tax today and in the estate?
Answers the question, “How do I know if my NUMBER is larger than what I think?
Session #2 What is My Business Valuation- GAP Analysis
Answers the question, “Will I have enough to live comfortably for the rest of my life?”
Answers the question, “Will I need more from the sale of my business to maintain my lifestyle?”
Answers the question, “How does my NUMBER and the GAP after valuation matter?”
Session #3 Preparation, Protection, and Estate tax
Answers the question, “How do I reduce the single largest cost in the sale of a business?”
Answers the question, “How do I preserve what I have now and for my legacy in the future?”
Presenters are JCCC members and local professionals who have worked in this area of Johns Creek, Alpharetta and north Fulton for decades.
